We classify a few treks in the class of an expedition for the style and difficulty level. In a typical expedition that we conduct you need to put up with some challenging times on the glaciers, against the crevasses and numerous hours over uneasy terrain. At the beginning of such treks we do a small workshop on snow and ice craft and teach some basic skill on the use of ice-axe, ropes, crampons, things that will be essential during the trek. Most of the times you stay with a trek leader, who ropes you when required, but at the same tells you time and again never to let your vigilance down.
