| An exciting session of team games (2-3 hrs) can be
added to your trip to further the team bonding element.
These non-facilitated sessions create a high level of
engagement and subtly expose the team to elements of
team dynamics such as creative thinking, clear communication,
sharing, trust, etc. For more focused facilitated
sessions, facilitators from our Experiential Learning
Division, BlueSky Learning, could draw up a module
depending on your objectives. |

The sport denotes jumping from a tall structure while connected to a large rubber cord. The intense thrill comes as much from the free-falls as from the
rebounds. When the person jumps, the cord stretches to absorb the energy of the fall, then the jumper flies upwards again as the cord snaps back. The jumper oscillates up and down until all the energy is used up.
For cliff jumping, the platform is usually a simple clearing
in the bushes and other vegetation along the cliff above a river, ocean, lake, or quarry. |

Orienteering is an endurance sport which involves a huge mental element. A standard orienteering course consists
of a start, a series of clues and a finish. There is no marked route - the orienteer must navigate with map and
compass while running/hiking. The map gives detailed information on the terrain such as hills, ground surface,
obstacles etc. To be successful in orienteering, a team needs excellent map reading skills, well coordinated team work, meticulous planning, ability to make quick decisions on the best route while running/hiking at high speed and most importantly a strong will to push the limits. |

Riding a bike through the trails, through difficult spots
challenges the team spirit and the attitude of speed.
One has to be aggressive to stay ahead and at the
same time be careful about the terrain. A good team
work helps the entire team reach the destination,
through bike failures or any other failure that might
require a united effort. |
